Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by fairness, transparency, and applicable consumer protection standards in Indonesia.

  1. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable once the service has been allocated and the driver dispatched.

  2. A booking is considered a no-show if the passenger does not arrive within the agreed waiting time.

  3. Refunds are not applicable for delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond the service provider’s reasonable control, including traffic conditions, weather, airline schedule changes, immigration procedures, customs clearance, or baggage handling.

  4. Exceptions may be reviewed for airline-related delays if notification is provided as early as reasonably possible; any adjustment is subject to driver availability and operational feasibility.

  5. Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

  6. Refund decisions are made based on service readiness, incurred operational costs, and applicable regulations.
