Terms & Conditions

By completing a booking, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. All bookings are subject to confirmation and vehicle availability.

2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete booking information. Any error or omission may affect service delivery.

3. Vehicle capacity limits for passengers and luggage must be strictly followed. The service provider may refuse service if capacity limits are exceeded, in accordance with safety and operational standards.

4. Any time indication shown is an estimate of travel duration only and does not constitute vehicle or driver usage time, except for day rental services where a maximum duration applies.

5. For airport transfers, the driver will wait up to the agreed waiting time before the booking is classified as a no-show.

6. The service provider is not responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by traffic conditions, weather, airline schedule changes, immigration, customs, baggage handling, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

7. Requests for additional stops, route changes, overtime, or services outside the original booking may incur additional charges, subject to availability and customer approval.

8. These terms are intended to balance the rights and obligations of both parties in accordance with Indonesian consumer protection principles.
