Booking Policy
Bookings are confirmed after payment and confirmation message is sent. No-shows & late cancellations are non-refundable. Delays caused by immigration, customs, or baggage claim are beyond our control. The vehicle accommodates a maximum of 13 passengers with luggage. Alternatively, up to 10 passengers may be accommodated without luggage. Route or time changes may incur additional charges. The displayed duration represents the maximum service time for the selected day rental package. Usage beyond the booked duration may be subject to additional charges.
