Booking Policy
Bookings are confirmed after payment and confirmation message is sent. No-shows & late cancellations are non-refundable. For airport pick-ups, a maximum waiting time of 2 hours applies before the booking is classified as a no-show. Waiting time may be adjusted for airline-related delays, subject to driver availability. Delays caused by immigration, customs, or baggage claim are beyond our control. The vehicle accommodates a maximum of 4 passengers with luggage. Alternatively, up to 4 adults and 2 children may be accommodated without luggage. Route or time changes may incur additional charges. The displayed duration is an estimated travel time only, based on the selected route. This service is point-to-point transportation and not hourly car or driver usage.
